Job Summary

We are seeking a Chef/Bar Staff to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, crafting refreshing beverages, and ensuring an exceptional service for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Mix and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, with professionalism and flair
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and bar areas in accordance with food safety standards
Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly, attentive service that enhances their overall experience
Manage multiple tasks such as taking orders, processing payments using POS systems, and restocking supplies as needed
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
Collaborate with team members to create a lively, energetic atmosphere that encourages customer engagement

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality settings, particularly in food preparation or bartending roles
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
Excellent serving skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory
Effective time management to handle busy service periods smoothly
Restaurant experience is highly preferred to ensure familiarity with fast-paced environments
Ability to work well as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude
