Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, project management, and content creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and analysing campaign performance to optimise results. This paid position is ideal for individuals passionate about marketing, with excellent organisational and communication skills, eager to contribute to the growth of our brand.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, and B2B marketing initiatives.
Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analysing engagement metrics to enhance brand visibility.
Oversee SEO optimisation efforts to improve website ranking and organic traffic through keyword research and content optimisation.
Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or similar tools.
Utilise Google Ads and analyse campaign data via Google Analytics to track performance and optimise advertising spend.
Create compelling copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials using strong copywriting skills.
Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop to support marketing campaigns.
Manage website content through WordPress, ensuring updates are accurate and timely.
Lead project management tasks related to marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and reports with Microsoft Excel to communicate campaign results effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications

Proven experience in management, project management, or a similar marketing role.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing tools.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in content creation.
Demonstrated expertise in social media management across multiple platforms.
Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and experience working within a B2B environment is desirable.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate team members and drive initiatives forward.
IT literacy with a good understanding of digital tools relevant to modern marketing practices.
