Digital Delivery & Implementation Manager

Deliver. Mobilise. Implement. Transform.

Location: Mobile (UK-wide travel)
Sector: Support Services – Compass One
Reporting to: Head of Digital Delivery & Implementation

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Delivery & Implementation Manager to lead the successful mobilisation, implementation, and adoption of digital solutions across Compass One.

This role is focused on delivering digital projects from initiation through to go-live and operational handover, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively, stakeholders are engaged, risks are managed, and business benefits are realised.

Working across multiple technologies and operational environments, you will act as the bridge between operational teams, customers, technology teams, suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a strong focus on user adoption and service improvement.

This is a highly visible role requiring excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, change management, problem-solving and delivery skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Project Delivery & Implementation

Lead the delivery of digital projects and system implementations across Compass One.
Manage project plans, deployment schedules, milestones, dependencies and risks.
Coordinate project activities across operational, technical and supplier teams.
Support mobilisation activity for new business contracts, transitions and service transformations.
Ensure projects progress through agreed governance and delivery frameworks.
Track delivery performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Stakeholder Management & Change

Build strong relationships with operational leaders, clients, suppliers and internal teams.
Act as the primary point of contact during project mobilisation and implementation phases.
Support business readiness activities to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder engagement meetings.
Develop and execute change and communication plans to drive engagement and user adoption.
Manage expectations, resolve issues and coordinate decision-making throughout project delivery.

Digital Solution Deployment

Support the implementation of Compass Digital solutions across operational services.
Work with technology and development teams to understand system requirements and deployment activities.
Coordinate testing, user acceptance activities and go-live readiness reviews.
Ensure implementation documentation, processes and support materials are maintained.
Support post-go-live stabilisation and handover into business-as-usual operations.

Continuous Improvement & Benefits Realisation

Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through digital solutions.
Monitor implementation outcomes and measure adoption against agreed objectives.
Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to solution enhancement discussions and future product developments.
Support data-driven decision-making through reporting, analysis and performance tracking.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers and implementation plans.
Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
Support adherence to organisational policies, governance processes and operational standards.
Ensure deployment activities comply with agreed security, operational and contractual requirements.

Strong project planning and organisational skills.
Experience managing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organisation.
Experience coordinating implementation, deployment or mobilisation activities.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Experience facilitating workshops, meetings and user engagement activities.
Strong communication, presentation and reporting skills.

Technical & Professional Skills

Project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent).
Change management and user adoption principles.
Requirements gathering and business process mapping.
Risk, issue and dependency management.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
Microsoft 365 suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

Desirable

PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner.

Experience delivering digital solutions within FM, Healthcare, Hospitality or Support Services environments.
Experience supporting software deployment, testing or business readiness activities.
