Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Construction and Rail Recruiter to join our team! In this energetic role, you will drive the talent acquisition process from start to finish, ensuring we attract top-tier candidates who align with our company's values and goals. Your expertise in lead generation, relationship management, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) will be essential to building a strong talent pipeline. You will utilize innovative sourcing strategies, manage candidate relationships, and collaborate across departments to support our growth and success.

Duties

Lead candidate sourcing efforts using social media management tools, job boards, and professional networks to generate high-quality leads.
Manage applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate records.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates through effective communication skills, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Leverage Salesforce or other CRM tools to track recruitment metrics and optimize outreach strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends in human resources and social media management to enhance sourcing techniques and employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in lead generation, social media management
Proven experience in construction and rail sectors
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking tools is essential for efficient recruitment management.
Knowledge of relationship management principles within human resources environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Prior experience working with salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of social media channels for talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
