£35,000 basic salary + minimum £600 per month tronc
Minimum expected annual package: £42,000

Our collection of successful restaurants includes Fiesta del Asado, Sonrisa and Lasan.

We’re looking for a people-focused, commercially minded Restaurant Manager to lead the team at Fiesta del Asado in Edgbaston.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, leads confidently from the floor and knows how to create an environment in which both guests and team members feel valued.

What you’ll bring

You will:

Have a genuine passion for food, drink and hospitality;

Have a proven track record in a busy, high-volume restaurant;
Lead visibly from the floor, particularly during key services;
Remain calm, professional and focused in challenging situations;
Create a positive, productive culture built around ownership and accountability;
Recruit well and develop a capable, engaged team;
Excel at training, coaching and motivating others;
Set and maintain consistently high standards;
Understand restaurant commercials, including labour management, stock control and sales performance;
Recognise opportunities to increase sales while protecting the guest experience;
Possess strong food, wine and bar knowledge;
Be confident, self-motivated and able to build rapport naturally;
Communicate clearly and professionally.

What we offer

£35,000 basic salary;
A minimum of £7,000 per year in tronc;
A minimum expected annual package of £42,000;
