We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Used Sales Executive to join our used car department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in car sales and demonstrate exceptional organisational skills. This role requires a keen understanding of a car sales processes and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members alike.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Deliver industry leading customer service.
Demonstrate vehicles and highlight features that align with customer requirements.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
Utilise effective upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain an organised inventory of vehicles and ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately.
Provide follow-up support to customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.
Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or sales management is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Proficient in using sales software and tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine interest in automobiles and the automotive industry is essential.

Skills

Proven experience in selling used cars in volume within the automotive industry is a must.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with a diverse customer base.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
