We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, waffles, pastries, and other morning favorites.
Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create a seasonal breakfast menu that highlights fresh ingredients.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in breakfast preparation techniques.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Assist in prep work to assist the team

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel setting.
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for food and creativity in menu development.
Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
