As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our customers and the wider community. From dispensing prescriptions with precision to offering expert advice and ensuring a smooth, efficient service, every task you undertake will contribute to improving people’s health and well-being. What you’ll do:

Guide customers with expert advice on over-the-counter medicines and helping them choose the right products to match their needs.
Handling prescription receipt and collection with accuracy and care.
Assembling prescribed items and generating labels with precision.
Managing pharmaceutical stock—from ordering to receiving and ensuring everything is stored safely and securely.
Supplying crucial pharmaceutical products to customers who require them.
Preparing and even helping in the manufacture of specialised pharmaceutical products, including aseptic medicines.

What we are looking for:

Applicants should have a NVQ Level 2 Dispensing qualification as a minimum
Outgoing with excellent communication skills
Patient, empathetic, and approachable
Able to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and tact
Highly organised and able to stay calm under pressure
Thrives on precision and attention to detail
