Full job description

Job Summary
Urbano32 is seeking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Chef to join our stabilished team.

The ideal candidate should have previous Pizza making experience and commitment to delivering high-quality product

As a Pizza Chef, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet our standards of excellence while adhering to food safety regulations.

Our kitchen closes at 9pm and weekend off are scheduled to ensure a working -life balance

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menus.
Assist in the development of new Pizzas specials
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process to ensure consistency and presentation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during peak hours.
Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines and hygiene standards

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
Knowledge of Pizza making techniques, meal preparation, and food safety practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
A passion for cooking and creativity in meal presentation.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
