Location: Bramley Wood Day Nursery

Salary (depending on experience and hours worked): £50,000 to £55,000

Hours: 40 -45 hours per week, including 45 minute paid lunch break.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our warm, welcoming and nurturing nursery. Bramley Wood, our 120 place setting in Bracknell, has a well established management team including an assistant manager, deputy manager and two assistant deputies. Due to progression of the nursery manager within the group, we are looking for a Manager to come and join the team!

Your Main Role and Responsibilities

As a Nursery Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding early years care and education
Ensure the nursery operates in line with the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
Support, develop and motivate staff through strong leadership and guidance
Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery ensuring high standards of care and safety
Monitor children’s learning and development to ensure high-quality practice
Work with the wider leadership team to support the continued growth and success of the nursery

What We Are Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
Previous leadership or management experience within an early years setting
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
