Company Summary

Milbank Concrete Products is a well-established, leading supplier of high-quality precast concrete products within the United Kingdom, specialising in various sectors of the construction industry including the design, manufacture and installation of standard and bespoke precast concrete products. We are located in Earls Colne, between Braintree and Colchester, Essex.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and organised Planning Coordinator to join our Planning Team.

In this varied role, you will work closely with customers and colleagues across the business to coordinate schedules, resolve delivery queries and support the smooth running of our planning and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the Planning Team
Assist with production planning, scheduling and workflow coordination
Communicate with customers regarding orders, schedules and deliveries
Help resolve delivery queries and respond to changing requirements
Liaise with internal departments to ensure essential planning information is shared accurately and promptly
Maintain accurate information across internal systems

What You'll Bring

Strong verbal and written communication skills
A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple customer conversations and tasks efficiently
Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal business systems
The ability to work collaboratively in a busy, fast-paced environment
