We are looking for carers in the Bridlington area!

With an hourly rate of £13.75ph, 30p per mile mileage, and travel time paid we are looking for permanent care workers who can demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding levels of care. In return we can offer:

We are looking for full time care workers for the shifts 14:30pm- 22:00pm and alternate weekends. Enhanced DBS check is required-Paid for by us!

Duties

Assist clients with daily activities including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders to promote independence and safety.
Provide compassionate care tailored to individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive impairments, employing behavior management techniques as needed.
Support meal preparation and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met while respecting dietary restrictions.
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols.
Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Support clients with mobility and transfer activities, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used for safety.
Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, reporting any changes in health or behavior to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care settings is highly desirable however is not essential as full training will be given.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is a MUST due to the nature of this role.
Strong caregiving skills with a focus on compassionate communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility to work evening shifts from 14:30 to 22:00 hours, adapting to the needs of clients.
