As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and identifying new business opportunities? Join Kuehne+Nagel as a Sea Logistics sales representative, where you will play a key role in growing our Sea Logistics business through customer acquisition, solution-based selling, and long-term partnership development. Working closely with our Customer Care and Route Development teams, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers while contributing to sustainable business growth and profitability.

How you create impact

Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing Sea Logistics customers through regular customer meetings and consultative selling.
Develop tailored logistics solutions based on customers’ supply chain requirements and business objectives.
Prepare, present, negotiate, and follow up on commercial proposals and quotations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system while achieving agreed activity targets.
Deliver sustainable revenue growth by building a profitable customer portfolio and achieving assigned volume and sales targets.

Proven ability to generate sales leads, identify opportunities, and convert prospects into customers.
Strong relationship-building, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective logistics solutions.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized, with excellent time management and planning capabilities.
Strong commercial awareness and entrepreneurial approach to business development.
Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred but not essential; a valid driving licence is required.
