Full job description

Overview
Protos is a growing flexible packaging manufacturer based in Sharpness. We're a small, close-knit team working in a fast-paced environment, and we're looking for someone to join us and grow with the business.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Sales Administrator to support our Client Services Coordinator and help keep things running smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring our clients receive excellent service.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in account management. You'll start by learning the ropes – answering calls, processing orders on our system (Odoo), and supporting the sales admin function – but over time, you'll take on more responsibility, including liaising directly with customers, chasing quotes, and managing accounts. There's plenty of technical knowledge to pick up along the way, and we'll support you as you develop.

What You'll Be Doing

Answering customer calls and responding to enquiries
Processing sales orders and updating our system (Odoo)
Supporting the Client Services Coordinator with day-to-day admin
Liaising with customers and building relationships
Chasing quotes and following up on enquiries
Learning the technical side of flexible packaging over time

The ideal candidate will be:

Eager to learn and develop

Able to stay calm and focused when things get busy

Previous experience in admin, customer service, or a similar role would be helpful but isn't essential.
