Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various premises, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for cleanliness and attention to detail to contribute to a professional setting. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. The position is paid and suitable for those seeking full-time employment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, corridors, restrooms, and communal spaces
utilise appropriate cleaning equipment and products to ensure high standards of hygiene
organise cleaning schedules and prioritise tasks effectively
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll as needed
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with staff and visitors

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is desirable but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes
Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures
