Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities

Provide expert residential mortgage advice to new and existing clients.
Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
Build strong relationships with clients while delivering outstanding customer service.
Recommend suitable protection products where appropriate.
Work closely with the administration team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and company standards.

Experience Needed to Become a Mortgage Advisor

CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
Competent Advisor Status (CAS) is essential.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proven track record of achieving sales and service targets.
Motivated to maximise earnings through a high-quality lead source.
