Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Officer to join our team and drive our human resources initiatives forward. In this role, you will be the vital link between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace environment. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help us attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and employment laws. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and employee engagement efforts.

Duties

Provide day-to-day HR administration and support to employees and managers.
Assist with recruitment, including preparing job adverts, arranging interviews and supporting the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
Support the preparation of contracts, letters and other HR documentation.
Assist with induction and onboarding of new employees.
Monitor and maintain records relating to annual leave, sickness absence and other employee information.
Support managers with HR processes and procedures.
Assist with employee relations matters, including preparing documentation and arranging meetings when required.
Ensure HR records and processes are maintained in line with company policies and relevant employment legislation.
Provide general administrative support to the HR function.
Always maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Undertake other admin work in the office that includes disciplinary processes.

Experience

Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles within a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse audiences.
Experience with data entry, record keeping, and ability to develop o implement an HR tool.
Knowledge of social media management tools for talent acquisition campaigns is a plus and maintaining our social media platforms.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Pay: £25,420.00-£28,500.00 per year
