Multi-Trade Operative

Location: Bristol
Rate of Pay: £16.00 – £19.00 per hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Contract (Self-employed options available)

Company Overview

Masters Pipeline Services is a family-run business operating across a range of sectors including local authority contracts, roofing, groundworks, electrical and plumbing services. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our team working within the Bristol area.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a variety of works across reactive repairs, planned maintenance, disrepair cases and void property refurbishments. We are seeking individuals with proven experience and confidence across several core trades.

Key Responsibilities

Completion of reactive and planned maintenance tasks
Works related to disabled adaptations, including wetrooms
Delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple trade disciplines
Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
Providing excellent customer service in both occupied and unoccupied properties
Working professionally and respectfully with customers and colleagues

Essential Skill Areas

Experience in a selection of the following trades:

Carpentry
Plumbing
Decorating
Plastering
