Full job description

Lexington is an award-winning contract caterer that focus on providing great food and service to customers. To do this we need fabulous people and we work hard to create an environment where our team members feel engaged, inspired, valued and enjoy what they do.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Hospitality in the daily management of hospitality operations.
Lead, motivate and develop the hospitality team to deliver exceptional service.
Ensure all hospitality events are planned and executed efficiently and professionally
Build strong relationship with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders.
Delivering trainings and supporting the team to achieve their full potential.
Maintain the highest standards of food presentation, service, and customer care.
Responsible for supporting communication and for embedding the standards within the team.
Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all front of house areas and equipment.
To manage and support the compliance of COSHH, Health & Safety, Hygiene and Food Safety regulations throughout the team and to report any incidents in line with procedures.
Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement.
Responsible for maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget.
To support innovative menu planning and design of food service within specified budget.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

About You:
We're looking for someone who brings:

2/3 years of experience in a senior hospitality supervisory or managerial role.
String Leadership and people management skills.
Experience delivering high-quality hospitality events and VIP service (Essential).
Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Confidence working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Flexibility to support occasional evening or special events when required.
