Job Title: Experienced Landscaper

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Landscaper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both soft and hard landscaping, take pride in high-quality workmanship, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of landscaping tasks including turfing, planting, fencing, paving, decking, and garden maintenance
Operate landscaping tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Prepare groundworks and carry out site preparation
Work from plans and instructions to deliver high-quality results
Ensure all work is completed to a professional standard and within agreed timelines
Maintain a clean and safe working environment on site

Requirements:

Proven experience in landscaping (soft and/or hard landscaping)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Experience using landscaping tools and machinery
Have the right to work in the UK

Preferred but not essential:

Experience operating mini diggers or other plant machinery
Previous experience in fencing, patios, or decking installations
