Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic PUB / CAFE MANAGER to lead our vibrant hospitality team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, managing daily operations, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional service. As a key leader, you will oversee all aspects of the pub or cafe, ensuring smooth functioning, high standards of food safety, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Your leadership will drive the success of our establishment while fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the pub or cafe, ensuring efficient service and excellent customer satisfaction
Manage and supervise staff, including baristas, servers, cooks, and kitchen personnel, promoting teamwork and high performance
Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and timely delivery
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across all areas
Lead menu planning, food production, and beverage service to enhance guest experience
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
Train staff on hospitality best practices, serving techniques, and safety procedures to ensure consistent service excellence

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting with strong team management skills
Extensive restaurant or cafe experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations in hotel or bar environments
Experience in managing hospitality teams, demonstrating leadership and motivational skills
Knowledge of barista skills and beverage service is highly desirable
Ability to oversee food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
