Job Title: Area Sales Manager (North West)

Salary: £45,000 + monthly bonus potential (25–35%) — OTE £56,250 – £60,750

Hours: 39 hours per week | Monday–Friday

Job Purpose: To work outside the office environment to maximise sales of the Deanta product range. Develop and work towards sales strategies to generate leads, attract new clients and close sales to achieve weekly and monthly targets. Deliver against agreed KPIs, including onboarding new customers, increasing annual spend within existing accounts, maintaining area returns below agreed thresholds and completing an average minimum of 5 customer visits per day. Overnight stays may be required to effectively manage and develop the geographical area.

Responsibilities of an Area Sales Manager:

Selling a comprehensive range of high-quality interior doors and accessories business to business.
Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets in line with agreed KPIs.
Onboarding new customers within the assigned geographical area.
Increasing annual spend and growth across existing accounts.
Completing an average minimum of 5 customer visits per day to drive sales and account development.
Concentrating on developing relationships with independent merchants and specialist door retailers to manage/expand those accounts.
Building a good understanding of the local commercial environment to generate leads and opportunities.
Account management and building strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Liaising with internal support staff and the marketing team to maximise sales within your geographical area.
Organising your own diary, travel and visits to maximise productivity and territory coverage.
Dealing with multiple order values ranging from £2k - £60k daily.
Providing regular reporting and pipeline updates in line with company expectations.
Undertaking overnight stays where required to ensure full coverage of the territory.
