Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers’ locations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure a positive experience for every recipient, helping us build trust and satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be active, engage with diverse communities, and contribute to our commitment to exceptional service.

Duties

Safely operate commercial vehicles, including <PERSON> driver-approved trucks, to deliver goods across designated routes
Load and unload packages with care, often involving heavy lifting and manual handling in warehouse environments
Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining safety standards
Communicate clearly with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered on the route
Verify delivery details and obtain signatures or proof of delivery from customers
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption for reporting purposes

Experience

Prior delivery driver experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with route management and customer service
Valid <PERSON> driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential
Experience in commercial driving or operating large vehicles is advantageous
Warehouse experience is a plus, especially involving heavy lifting or inventory handling
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy packages repeatedly throughout the shift
