Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Food & Beverage Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will elevate the guest experience! In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face behind the counter, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service and delicious offerings. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute to a lively atmosphere, making each visit memorable. Whether preparing food, serving guests, or maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, you'll play a vital part in delivering top-notch hospitality that keeps guests coming back for more.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Serve food and beverages accurately while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counters, and kitchen stations
Manage order taking using POS systems efficiently and accurately
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly and maintain high service standards

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, can provide training otherwise
Familiarity with serving techniques and guest service excellence is essential
Knowledge of food safety practices and basic food preparation skills is advantageous
Experience working in a fast-paced setting requiring strong time management skills is beneficial
Kitchen or culinary experience helps in understanding food handling and preparation processes
Ability to perform basic math for order processing and cash handling confidently
A positive attitude with excellent communication skills to engage guests effectively
