Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at our beautiful restaurant in Menai Bridge. This is a fast paced role in a busy kitchen, where you will be creating dishes which showcase the amazing local produce of North Wales. This is a permanent full time role!

RESPONSIBILITIES/CYFRIFOLDEB

Creating great food from our exciting menu.
Working different sections within the kitchen team.
Following Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation.
Keeping your work station clean and organised.
Running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
Ordering stock.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR/RYDYM YN CHWILIO AMDANO

Previous experience as a Sous Chef is essential.
Experience working in a busy kitchen doing up to 500 covers a day.
You will enjoy working as part of a team.
Flexible to work a variety of days and hours.
