Full job description

Job Summary:

Hub Agile Delivery Solutions Ltd is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to help cross-functional teams deliver digital projects efficiently and with clear business value. You will remove delivery barriers, improve team collaboration, and maintain steady progress from planning through release.

What you'll do:

Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects using Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Kanban, whilst integrating Waterfall methodologies where appropriate.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop detailed project plans using tools like Microsoft Project, TFS, Jira, and SharePoint.
Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery within scope and timeframe.
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and coordinate testing activities to validate deliverables meet business needs.
Coordinate release management activities including deployment planning, disaster recovery procedures, and post-release support.
Monitor project progress through analysis skills and SDLC best practices; report status updates to senior management regularly.
Foster effective communication across teams to ensure clarity on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive programme management initiatives that align with organisational goals while promoting continuous process improvement through tools like Visio and Microsoft Office suite.

Requirements:

Experience in Agile delivery, project management, Scrum, or digital transformation.
Strong knowledge of Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant Agile certification or equivalent professional experience is benefic
