Self-Employed Group Coach: Revamp Ely

Location: Bens Yard, Stuntney, Estate, ELY CB7 5TR

Pay: £25 per session (sessional rate, paid against invoice)

Hours: 8 to 16 hours per week

Job type: Self-employed / freelance, part-time (4 to 16 hours per week, depending on the person)

We're looking for a self-employed coach to deliver group sessions at our Ely studio. You bring the energy and the coaching craft. We bring a full studio, a warm community of members, and a brand built on doing things properly.

This is a regular, part-time sessional role of 8 to 16 hours per week, depending on the person. At our studio, you commit to a set of weekly sessions, and you deliver them inside an environment that takes hospitality and results as seriously as you do.

Deliver high-quality small group coaching sessions.
Create an unforgettable experience for every member in the room.
Coach with energy, precision, and genuine care.
Keep members safe, progressing, and coming back.
Help maintain the standards and atmosphere that make Revamp; Revamp.
Leave the studio as you found it: clean, tidy, and ready for the next session.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you:

Hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
Carry your own public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Love coaching groups and know how to make a session feel personal.
Build relationships quickly and make people feel cared for.
Are reliable, professional, and take ownership of your work.
Care deeply about doing the right thing, even when it's hard.
Want to coach somewhere that backs you and shares your standards.

The Arrangement

This is a genuine self-employed role, so it's worth being clear on how it works:

You operate as a self-employed contractor and invoice Revamp for the sessions you deliver.
You're paid a set rate per session, agreed in advance.
You're responsible for your own tax and National Insurance.
You hold your own coaching insurance and qualifications.
You commit to a regular schedule of agreed weekly sessions, between 8 and 16 hours.
