Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Hair Stylist/Barber. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling and barbering services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Your strong customer service skills will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and building lasting relationships with our clientele.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client needs.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on styles.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good condition.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to offer innovative services.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Proficient in hair styling techniques, including all aspects of male grooming.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Fluency in English is essential for clear communication with clients and colleagues. Join us in creating an outstanding experience for our clients while showcasing your skills in a dynamic environment!
A great sense of humour, we pride ourselves on being a warm, friendly and welcoming place.

Experience is advantageous but not essential, but a hairdressing or barbering qualification is a must. This is a part time position for 2 days per week, Tuesday 9 -5pm and Saturday 8am - 1pm.
