Full job description

Trainee Account Executive
Location: Wembley, London
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, develop commercial skills, and gain hands-on experience working with clients. You'll receive full training and support while learning how to manage customer relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support Account Executives in managing client accounts and day-to-day communications.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and account reviews.
Learn how to identify sales opportunities and generate new business leads.
Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Attend client meetings and training sessions as required.
Work towards individual and team performance targets.

About You

Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
A degree, college qualification, or previous customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential.
