Overview
Victoria Garage is a family-owned business, established in 1964, with a strong reputation for quality service and customer care. We are looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician to join our friendly and professional team in Whitstable. If you are an experienced technician with a passion for vehicle maintenance we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles up to 3.5 tons.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

MOT Tester certification (class 4 & 7) an advantage.
NVQ Level 3 in vehicle maintenance (or equivalent qualification)
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems in vehicles.
Proficiency in using power tools for various repair tasks.
Competence in handling hand tools effectively and safely.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
Full UK driving licence.
