Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and an ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, adhering to established cleaning protocols.
Ensure all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies and toiletries.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
Maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service to guests.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Skills

Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping within a hotel environment is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
Attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
