Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team and elevate our guests’ experience. In this dynamic role, you will oversee all aspects of bar operations, craft innovative cocktails, and ensure exceptional service standards are maintained. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable moments for every guest while maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise, manage daily workflows, and contribute to the vibrant culture of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service with enthusiasm and professionalism
Prepare and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair
Ensure all beverages are made according to safety standards, including food safety protocols and responsible serving practices
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Train new staff on drink recipes, customer service techniques, and safety procedures
Monitor guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Collaborate with management to develop promotional events and special menu offerings that enhance guest engagement

Qualifications

Proven experience in a restaurant or bar environment, with a strong background in hospitality and serving guests
Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
Strong communication skills to lead a team effectively and interact positively with guests
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, tab management, and inventory counts
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Prior experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
