We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based at our location, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding maintenance and support for their fitness equipment, aligning with our mission to enhance health and fitness across communities.

Responsibilities

Maintain, and repair a variety of fitness equipment at client sites.
Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
Keep detailed records of service activities and parts used.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Stay updated on new products and technical advancements in fitness equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in technical repair or maintenance, preferably with fitness or similar equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is highly desirable.
Prior experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
