Associate Dentist Position

Pay: £59,000 - £70,000

Job Description: Part time Associate Dentist, 2 days per week

About us : we are a well-established mixed NHS and private dental practice in Stanstead Abbotts, Hertfordshire, SG12 8AA. We are committed to delivering high-quality care in a friendly and supportive environment, As a previous Foundation Training Practice, we value clinical development and are proud to offer guidance and mentorship to support your ongoing career progression.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, possess strong clinical skills and be eager to work collaboratively with our experienced team. You will be responsible for providing a broad range of dental treatments to a loyal and diverse patient base.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a full range of dental treatments to NHS and private patients.
Build and maintain strong patient relationships though excellent communication and clinical care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with practice policies and compliance standards.
Contribute to a positive, patient focused practice culture
Participating in continuing professional development to keep skills and knowledge current.

Hygienist , Dental Therapist and Oral health Educator support.
Implant placement opportunities and support with the required training.
Competitive UDA Rate - £15/uda
Access to a growing private patient list with a private split of up to 55%
Encouragement and support for further training or special interest. Our previous associates went on to further develop special interest in orthodontics, implant dentistry, endodontics and specialist training.

Requirements:

GDC Registered dentist
Performer number (or eligibility to obtain one if required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Committed to clinical excellence and ongoing development.

Dentistry: 2 years (preferred)
