Shift pattern: 7.30am-3.30pm / 1.30pm-10pm weekdays and weekends

Position: Spa Duty Manager

Salary: dependant on experience up to £29,000 per annum plus service charge plus extensive benefits

Contract: Enjoy a full time role of 40 hours per week, working a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Carden Park Hotel has an exciting opportunity to join their team in their luxury award winning 5* Spa. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and the drive for delivering world class guest service as Spa Duty Manager. If you have a passion for providing exceptional guest service, with Spa experience, we would love to meet you!

Your day with Team Carden:

As Spa Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional and memorable experience. Responsibilities include:

Welcoming, hosting, and engaging with guests to deliver outstanding service during their stay
Proactively managing and resolving guest feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Ensuring all spa areas are immaculate, well-presented, and fully operational at all times
Supervising, motivating, and organising the team effectively during your shift
Driving sales opportunities and promoting spa services and retail offerings
Leading by example to maintain high standards of teamwork and performance

About You:

Previous experience in a spa supervisory or management role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
A passion for delivering exceptional guest service in line with company standards
Confident in handling guest queries and complaints with professionalism and care
Solid knowledge and understanding of spa operations and the wider spa industry

Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods
