Full job description

The Facilities Co-ordinator supports the safe, compliant and efficient operation of Ovarro’s Chesterfield, Eckington and Denmead sites. The role co-ordinates facilities activity, maintenance, contractors, site services and related administration, working with Site Leaders, Operations, QHSE, IT, HR and external suppliers to keep each site operational, well maintained and audit-ready.

Core Responsibilities

Act as the facilities co-ordination point for Chesterfield, Eckington and Denmead.
Co-ordinate planned and reactive maintenance, statutory inspections, servicing and site repairs.
Maintain facilities schedules, records, compliance evidence and supplier documentation.
Support health, safety, environmental, security and business continuity requirements.
Manage approved contractors and facilities suppliers, ensuring work is safe, documented and completed effectively.
Raise and track purchase requests, orders and invoices for facilities goods and services.
Monitor site issues, defects and improvement actions through to closure.
Support site moves, workplace changes, housekeeping and general operational support.

Experience and Work Achievements

Experience in facilities co-ordination, maintenance co-ordination, site administration or office management.
Experience working with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders across more than one site.
Ability to maintain accurate records, service schedules and compliance evidence.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, technology or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
