Full job description

Position: Office Administrator

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part Time (25 hours a week) – Monday to Friday – 9.30am – 2.30pm

Salary: £ 18,000 per annum

Location: Devizes, Wiltshire

Job Summary:

Wyvern Partnership LLP is a well-established company providing accommodation expert witness and architectural/property finding services throughout the UK.

We are looking for someone to join our team to provide reception and administrative support to the Partners, Managers, and staff within the Company. The role is busy and essential in the smooth running of the business.

This position is and office-based role ideal for someone who is motivated, able to prioritise work assignments, and capable of working without supervision.

Main Duties:

Answering calls and redirect them as appropriate / take messages and follow through any actions.
Logging of reports
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organised and easily accessible.
Typing letters as and when required
Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Assisting the Partner’s secretaries with the printing, assembling, and scanning of reports.
Preparing files for archive.
Database updates
General office duties across the business as and when required.

Skill Requirements

Minimum of two years work experience in administration.
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload including meeting deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
