Full job description

I'm a founder running three brands with a combined 300K+ audience. I need one person running my day to day with me. This is a proper assistant role, not a content role, but it comes with one twist you have to actually want. THE ASSISTANT SIDE, most of the job: - Own my calendar, bookings, and daily schedule - Handle inbox and message triage, chase replies so I don't have to - Coordinate my team: editors, setters, developers, accountant - Errands, orders, returns, travel, the general life admin of someone running three companies - Keep filming days organised: locations, timings, release forms, footage handed to editors same day THE TWIST, roughly one day a week: - You're also the host of our street interviews. You hold the mic, stop strangers in central London, ask questions from a script about me, and react. You're on camera, credited, in front of a large audience. If the idea of that excites you, keep reading. If it makes you cringe, this isn't your role and that's fine. YOU: - Organised to the point people comment on it - Talk to anyone: promo, sales, fundraising, hospitality, or your own content all count - Want to build a career around content and media, not just admin - Discreet, you'll sign an NDA and you'll see how everything runs - 18+, London based, available [3 days a week / full time] APPLY, no CV read without both: 1. Phone video, under 90 seconds, unedited: you stopping 3 strangers and asking "guess how old the biggest reseller in the UK is." Link it in the screener question. 2. A short plan for my Saturday: a 2 hour shoot in Covent Garden at 11am, then a 2pm business call, then footage with the editor by 6. Show me timings, travel, what could go wrong and your backup. Bullet points, 15 minutes max.

Pay: £25,420.00-£80,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
