Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an exceptional Performance Graphic Designer to join the team at Your Marketing Partners.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK's fastest-growing marketing agencies, creating high-performing advertising creatives for an incredible range of clients, from ambitious eCommerce brands and lead generation businesses to well-known personal brands, SaaS companies and A-list celebrities.

Your Role

As a Performance Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating high-converting static advertising creatives across Meta platforms.

Working alongside our Creative Strategists, your responsibilities will include:

Designing static Facebook & Instagram advertising creatives
Creating carousel advertisements
Designing landing page graphics
Producing infographics and supporting campaign assets
Developing multiple creative variations for testing
Bringing creative concepts to life from strategic briefs
Implementing feedback quickly and accurately
Ensuring every creative meets our quality standards and deadlines

This is a creative execution role focused on producing exceptional advertising creatives that generate measurable results.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with experience designing high-performing paid social creatives.

Software doesn't matter.

Whether you use Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or another design platform, what matters most is the quality of your work and your ability to create designs that convert.

The ideal candidate demonstrates:

A strong understanding of direct-response advertising
Excellent design fundamentals and branding skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Fast turnaround times without compromising quality
The ability to interpret creative briefs accurately
The ability to take feedback professionally and implement it quickly
Strong commercial awareness
Excellent organisational skills
A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement
