Full job description

Job Overview

You will play a key role in managing day-to-day administrative and client-related processes, ensuring efficient workflow across the practice. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy professional environment.

Responsibilities

Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth and efficient setup process.
Reporting to the Director, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the practice.
Carry out client compliance checks in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Schedule and coordinate account preparation work to ensure deadlines are met.
Request necessary records and documentation from clients in a timely and professional manner.
Chase outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
Maintain and organise both physical and digital client files.
Manage and update client records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Return client documents securely and in a timely manner once work is completed.
Prepare and issue engagement letters, ensuring they are properly signed and filed.
Support general office administration and assist the wider team where required.

Skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Previous experience in a professional office would be an advantage, but not essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Confident in communicating with clients via phone and email.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
