Complex Cleaner

We are now recruiting for our 2026 summer season across various roles on our beautiful Lincolnshire based holiday park, join our large team of hospitality professionals today.

Location: Tattershall Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire

Salary: £12.71

Job type: Seasonal

About the role

We are looking for cleaners to join us in our main complex and facilitates at Tattershall Lakes.

We have a large main complex with lots of different styles of bars and restaurant, even a big top tent, large external area with beaches, splash pads and parks. With lots of guests enjoying these areas daily. The facilities need to be in tip top shape to create all the amazing holiday memories and keep our guests coming back.

A can-do attitude, attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays are also essential.

What you will be doing

As a member of the complex cleaning team, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining a high level of cleanliness for our venues and the external areas. Daily cleaning of the toilets, emptying bins, glass collecting and maintaining the area over your shift.

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you are happy to help even when it is ‘not your job,’ you are our sort of person.

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need

No experience needed, well train you up! But it would be nice if you:

Relish the fast pace of a busy environment
Be someone who does things without needing to be asked
Have a real attention to detail with high standards
Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are
Have experience of working in a team
