Overview

Join our dynamic security team as a Door Supervisor/Security professional, where your vigilance and proactive approach will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining order, preventing loss, and safeguarding property through attentive surveillance and exceptional customer service. Your energetic presence will help foster a secure atmosphere, allowing guests and staff to enjoy their experience with confidence. Duties

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to control access and ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises
Implement loss prevention strategies by identifying theft or vandalism and responding appropriately
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering questions, and maintaining a friendly yet authoritative presence
Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid when necessary and coordinating with emergency responders
Perform regular patrols of the venue to check for safety hazards, security breaches, or unauthorized access
Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure thorough documentation

Experience

Prior experience in security or surveillance roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Certification in first aid or CPR is highly desirable to effectively respond to medical emergencies
Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential risks quickly and accurately
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel
Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling challenging situations professionally
Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as required by the role
