Full job description

Telephonist / Account Manager Wanted! – Part Time

We’re a successful courier company based in Hammersmith, and we’re on the hunt for a friendly and driven Account Manager / Telephonist to join our team part time.

The job is for 3 days a week in our Hammersmith Office which opens Monday to Friday between 0900-1700

If you like to talk to people on the phone and building relationships, you’ll help us maintain our position and grow as London’s go-to experts in same-day and international deliveries.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responding to phone calls from our clients and booking courier jobs in our internal dispatch system (full training will be given)
Build real, lasting connections with customers and become the person they trust for courier solutions.
Keep the sales process ticking, working with the team to make sure our pipeline is always thriving with the right opportunities.
Work closely with our management team to create a winning strategy that keeps our clients happy and the company thriving.

What We’re Looking For

A positive, adaptable attitude with every interaction over the phone or email.
Office, call centre, or customer service experience - ideally in logistics, couriers, or something similar.
Someone who’s great at understanding customer needs and selling solutions that work.
Self-motivation and the ability to spot new business opportunities.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to connect with people.
A confident phone manner and top-notch listening skills and great writing abilities
Hardworking, with a team player mentality and a "can-do" spirit.
