Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Radcliffe-On-Trent, Nottinghamshire | £22 per hour | 36 hours per week

Shift pattern 7am - 7.15pm | Nursing Home environment | 52-bed home

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of older people living with dementia and other long-term health conditions?

At Church Farm Care, we are committed to providing outstanding person-centred care in a warm, supportive, and professional environment. We are seeking dedicated and passionate Nurses to join our clinical team and help deliver exceptional standards of care to our residents (known as family members).

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager and Home Manager to ensure residents receive the highest standard of nursing care and support. You will play a key role in assessing, planning and delivering personalised care, while leading by example and promoting excellent clinical practice throughout the home.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
Developing and reviewing care plans to ensure residents' needs are consistently met.
Undertaking clinical observations and responding appropriately to changes in residents' wellbeing.
Administering and managing medications safely in line with company policy.
Working collaboratively with residents, families, GPs and multidisciplinary professionals.
Supporting safeguarding practices and maintaining the highest standards of resident welfare.
Contributing to continuous improvement and helping maintain excellent regulatory compliance standards.
