Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Internal Sales & E-commerce Advisor to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind our sales administration and online customer engagement efforts. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure seamless communication between customers, sales teams, and internal departments. You will manage e-commerce transactions, support sales processes, and deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and growth. Duties

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with enthusiasm and professionalism
Manage e-commerce orders efficiently using CRM software and other digital tools, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Maintain up-to-date product information on online platforms, including pricing, descriptions, and stock levels
Support sales administration tasks such as order entry, invoicing, and tracking deliveries using Microsoft Excel, Sage, and other IT systems
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues promptly while providing excellent customer service
Collaborate with the marketing team to update product listings and promotional campaigns on digital channels
Organize and prioritize daily tasks using strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Experience

Proven experience in sales administration or e-commerce support roles
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software
Familiarity with Sage accounting software is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience working with IT systems such as Microsoft Excel for data analysis or reporting is advantageous
Organizational skills that enable effective time management and prioritization in a busy setting
