Overview
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a dedicated Bar Staff member, where your enthusiasm and expertise will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you’ll be the face of our bar, delivering exceptional service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your energy and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage service within a dynamic setting.

Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
Uphold strict health, safety, and sanitation standards across all front-of-house and behind-the-bar areas
Assist with supporting kitchen staff during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions.
Handle food safety and hygiene protocols diligently, adhering to all health regulations related to food handling and beverage service.
Support catering events by setting up bars, serving drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction during large gatherings or private functions.
Monitor stock levels regularly, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts.

Experience

Previous experience working in a hospitality environments is highly desirable.
Proven customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Experience serving food and beverages in busy settings such as restaurants, bars, or catering events.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Barista experience or familiarity with specialty coffee preparation can be advantageous.
Background in the food industry or hospitality sector demonstrates adaptability and strong teamwork skills. This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering top-tier service in a lively environment.
