About us

We are a fast-growing hospitality group with multiple exciting brands and ambitious expansion plans. We’re looking for a creative, energetic and driven Social Media & Content Creator to take ownership of our online presence and help grow our audience across all of our brands.

If you have a passion for content creation, love social media and enjoy bringing brands to life through engaging content, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for managing all of our social media platforms while creating engaging, high-quality content that showcases our restaurants, desserts, food, promotions and brand personality.

You’ll be filming, editing, planning and publishing content daily across multiple locations, helping to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Create engaging photo and video content across multiple business locations.
Film, edit and produce high-quality reels, TikToks and promotional videos.
Plan, schedule and publish daily content.
Develop creative marketing campaigns, competitions and promotional ideas.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and create content that keeps our brands relevant.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages.
Work closely with management to promote new menu launches, events and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor social media performance and provide monthly reports with recommendations for growth.

Requirements

Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
Excellent photography, videography and video editing skills.
Experience using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
A creative mindset with the confidence to bring new ideas to the table.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple brands.
A full UK driving licence is desirable, as travel between locations may be required.
Hospitality or food industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
