Personal Move Assistant

Location: Colchester, Essex
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday shift pattern)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,500 + uncapped commission

We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our Concierge Team in Colchester. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with clients, and have a passion for property, this role could be perfect for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, web chats, and emails.
Registering client details and coordinating with in-branch teams for property viewings.
Scheduling property valuations.
Handling administrative tasks, including data input and support for our branch network.
Working collaboratively with your team to maintain exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets.

Office Location: Spicerhaart, Colwyn House, Sheepen Place, Colchester, CO3 3LD.
Working Hours:

Sunday to Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM OR
Tuesday - Saturday: 9 AM - 6 PM OR
Monday - Friday: 11 AM - 8 PM (1 in 3 Saturdays, with a day off in lieu).

The working hours will only be confirmed at the end of the recruitment process, dependant on the vacancy that remains.
