Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator with existing local knowledge, who has a proven track record and a desire to drive growth and maximise branch income, to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients on viewings and on the phone, negotiating sales, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career, within a supportive and professional environment.

Must have own car, insured for business use and a full, clean driving licence.

Basic Salary £26,500 with unlimited commission potential. OTE £35,000

Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities through various outreach methods.
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
Prioritise leads, gain business within company SLAs, and maintain frequent client communication to assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets.
Maintain accurate and organised records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions. Prepare necessary documentation for property transactions, provide feedback to vendors within company SLAs, and handle any ad hoc tasks as given.
Property Viewings: Organise and conduct viewings, providing detailed information about properties and their features.
Develop customised solutions tailored to meet client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Office Manager to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness and market penetration.
Negotiate sales terms and conditions, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met. Spot opportunities to prepare to close business – target driven, can do mindset.
Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring continued engagement and loyalty.
Stay updated on Property market trends, supply, demand, and pricing, providing insights and recommendations to clients based on market conditions.

Requirements

A minimum of two years proven experience in a Sales Negotiator within an Estate Agency.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently and have an eye for detail.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets and personal development and driven to go the extra mile.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for individuals eager to advance their Estate Agency Career within a professional setting that values initiative, organisation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
