Full job description

Our growing Groundwork, brickwork and fencing department requires that an experienced Groundwork's/fencers/bricklayer to join our team to complete reactive and planned maintenance repairs in domestic/residential homes.

Daily Duties will include

Paving (slab, brick and Block)
Concrete, paths, Driveways and repair
Tarmac laying (Small areas by hand)
Bricklaying (Boundary walls and repairs)
Fencing (all types)

Working as the lead tradesman in a team of 2 carrying out repairs and re instatement of paving, patios, driveways, pathways, fencing, tarmac and brickwork repairs

Experience

You will need experience of Driving a medium size Flat bed van
Knowledge and experience of reactive and planned maintenance groundwork would be an advantage
Experience of Working safely in line with HSE and industry standards

Salary and Hours

Working Hours are On-site for 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM Monday to Friday with a 1 hour break.

Minimum requirement Blue trade CSCS card relevant to the role
